Discretionary Grant Scheme – Wyre Forest, Redditch and Bromsgrove businesses

Wyre Forest District Council is now inviting applications from small and medium businesses for the Government-funded Discretionary Grant Scheme. The grants are intended to assist small and medium businesses whose income has been significantly affected by the COVID-19 pandemic and which have not received funding from certain other Government support schemes.

Coronavirus: £50 million boost to support the recovery of high streets

A new £50 million fund for councils to support their local high streets get safely back to business was announced on 24 May by High Streets Minister Simon Clarke.
The Reopening High Streets Safely Fund will help councils in England introduce a range of safety measures in a move to get people back to work and customers back to the shops.
