Meeting Room Hire

Conference rooms at Severn House are spacious and well-equipped.

In immediate response to government directive in relation to the COVID-19 virus, it is our duty to try to reduce the risk of the virus spreading by avoiding all unnecessary social contact. In response, we have decided to postpone all our events, training courses and face-to-face meetings. We would like our Members to know that the Chamber is still operational and all other support services will continue which you may find helpful at this time.

Our training rooms are spacious and well-equipped.

Situated 5 minutes away from Junction 6 of the M5 they are suitable for meetings, away days, your training sessions or even just some thinking space.

Your visitors will be greeted in a courteous and professional manner and our rooms will provide the perfect setting, whatever your requirements.

 

We have four meeting rooms available to hire, all of which can be adapted to suit your requirements.

Severn Room

Conference room seating up to 25 theatre style & 14 u-shape.

Full day – £200+VAT Members / £250+VAT Non-members
Half day – £125+VAT Members / £150+VAT Non-members

Wye Room

IT suite that seats up to 10 in a u-shape.

Full day – £200+VAT Members / £250+VAT Non-members
Half day – £125+VAT Members / £150+VAT Non-members

Avon Room

Small meeting room that seats up to 8.

Full day – £100+VAT Members / £150+VAT Non-members
Half day – £50+VAT Members / £75+VAT Non-members

Frome Room

Small meeting room that seats up to 8.

Full day – £100+VAT Members / £150+VAT Non-members
Half day – £50+VAT Members / £75+VAT Non-members
