Parking charges lifted temporarily in Herefordshire town and city car parks to support business

The Council is exploring how greater value for money (VfM) can be delivered by increasing its delivery and measurement of social value outcomes. This has the potential to improve quality of life, support local employment, improve skills and job prospects, and develop income.
