DRP SEES GROWTH IN COMMUNICATIONS TEAM WITH THREE NEW ROLES

Local Worcestershire based creative experience agency drp has seen a considerable growth across the company, and this month sees three new team members in the communications team.

With a higher demand for the creative communications services, drp has devised three new positions, with Ben Barnes joining as Digital and Communications Project Specialist, Raven Brookes as Content Marketer and Sub Editor, and Nisha Withers as Comms Services Manager.

As Digital and Communications Specialist, Ben will be managing the implementation and engagement of digital communications projects. Ben has been established in the digital and communications industry for over 22 years and founded marketing and design agency NinetyFiveCreative. He has vast experience in delivering and managing projects, and has worked with clients such as, Diageo, GSK, Bacardi, Bombay Sapphire, Gucci, and Worcester University.

Ben Barnes, commented, “I’m very excited to be at drp. It's a fantastic business, and a great example of not only how to be innovative and creative, but also how to be be open, honest, and trustworthy to employees and clients.”
Raven Brookes will be delivering branded content for drp clients and working collaboratively with the rest of the creative team to deliver the best possible ROI. Raven’s skillset includes sub-editing, copywriting, content marketing, and campaign development, to name some, which will be utilised extensively in her role as Content Marketer and Sub Editor. She has previously been employed by consultancies and associations, as well as internal and external publications as an editor-in-chief.

Another addition to the team, is Nisha Withers, who joined us recently as a Comms Services Manager. Nisha will be working with the creatives to project managing the communications teams’ tasks and projects, as well as maintaining the scheduling of these. She has a diverse 20 years’ experience in the design industry having co-owned a design agency and freelancing across the West Midlands.

Within the last four years drp has seen a staff retention of 90%, and is continuously growing the team, with 184 highly specialist professionals in three different U.K. offices. The expansion is expected to continue to expand organically during 2017, seeing further growth in all areas of the business.
