Finance for non-financial manager is a one-day course that is designed to help you have a better understanding of basic accounting principles, and how to apply them in your business.
Aimed at the small and medium sized businesses, we will highlight the benefits to you and your business of better forecasting, planning and overall awareness of business performance.
Using real life examples and your own experiences participants will learn about key financial documents such as Balance Sheets, Profit and Loss accounts, Cash Flows and Budgets. As well as gaining knowledge around VAT, Online accounting software and business margins.

The aim of this practical and participative course is to equip the non-finance manager with practical knowledge, tools, and techniques to use in their workplace. Throughout the course we will have practical examples as well as time for Q&A and discussion around specific issues that have arisen.
