Worcestershire law firm announces a string of senior associate promotions

A Worcestershire legal firm has announced series of promotions as it continues its growth plans across the county.

Law firm mfg Solicitors, which has offices across Worcestershire, has announced the promotion of six specialist lawyers to senior associate positions.

In its Private Client team, highly regarded wills and probate lawyers Amanda Piper, Janna Vigar, Kim Scolari and Rachel Summers have been promoted to senior associate roles. All four solicitors, who work within mfg’s Worcester, Kidderminster and Bromsgrove offices, will continue to work closely with partner and head of division, Valerie Robinson.

Respected agricultural specialist Helen Gough has also been promoted into a senior associate role. An expert in farm tenancy disputes, agricultural reform and other contentious matters, Worcester-based Helen joined mfg in 2014 and has become a key figure in the firm’s award winning agricultural division which is led by partner, Iain Morrison.

Licenced residential conveyancing lawyer Sandra Clifford also becomes a senior associate as she marks her 30th year with mfg. She will continue to advise clients on a variety of residential property matters, including both sales and purchases.

Maynard Burton, partner and chairman at mfg Solicitors, said: “All six of these senior associate promotions are fully deserved and more than anything, they underline the strength of talent we have across a variety of departments and specialisms.

“All six have exceptional credentials both internally and with clients and I look forward to watching them develop further in the coming months and years.”
