Hazelton Mountford are the only independent chartered insurance broker in Worcester. It sets them apart from the other brokers and companies within the area and demonstrates a high level of expertise throughout every level of their business. But what does the status actually mean?

The Worcester city centre-based team explain:
Firstly, our firm is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), who are a professional body dedicated to building trust in the insurance and financial planning profession. Its focus is to ‘secure and justify the confidence of the public’ in its members and the insurance sector as a whole. Then within this, to become a Chartered broker there are several levels of qualifying criteria you must meet and show ongoing commitment to. It essentially means that from Board Director level down through middle management and account handling staff, a high proportion of the staff have attained high levels of professional insurance qualifications. In addition, it means that any one of our customers have access to a Chartered broker should they request it. This is someone who has achieved the highest level of qualification in the industry and continues to demonstrate through CPD their skill and expertise.

As a business Hazelton Mountford are committed to a learning and development programme for their staff. This ensured that they have the professional care and skill required to give customers the quality that they deserve. The Directors are committed to their staff and support them both financially and study help through their own CII qualifications.

Hazelton Mountford are dedicated to the welfare of the team and customers. Together they have the experience to help you make the right decisions about the specific insurance needs of your organisation and ensure the right levels of protection for your business.
