Malvern Hills District Council are providing support and additional grant funding of up to £2000 to businesses who wish to upskill their staff.
The money supports all businesses that employ less than 250 people, when they commence training a current member of staff or a new employee for 3 months or more.
Funding will be allocated on a first come first served basis. This funding supports Apprenticeships, Graduate Interns and internal upskilling. It also supports accredited courses, provided by private and other training organisations, where at least 4 hours of training is provided over a minimum of 3 months and the person is paid at least the minimum wage.
