Colin will be discussing how SETsquared can assist businesses in the scale-up period and highlighting the resources and support available to them.

Steve Barrett, Managing Director at Riventa Group

A SETsquared programme member, Riventa has a track record in delivering industry leading highly innovative technology in pump system optimisation. From a UK start up company, they are now active in multiple countries and work with 14 out of the UK’s 30 public water utilities. Steve has a deep understanding of the scale-up period with Riventa having received investment from Saur Group in 2019. This strategic investment helped to realise the company’s ambitious plans as well as strengthen their international offering. Steve will share his experiences of their exceptional growth journey.
Martyn King, Managing Director at Fuel Communications

Martyn King

Martyn co-founded Fuel Communications and has played a significant role in its rapid growth to become a leading full-service digital marketing agency. Having started out in the University of Plymouth’s award-winning Formation Zone incubation facility, Fuel Communications now services clients across the UK, with offices in Plymouth, Birmingham, Bristol and London. Earlier this year, Fuel merged with another digital agency and opened a branch in Birmingham’s new £22million enterprise facility. Martyn will delve further into his experience of the scale-up period and the opportunities and challenges faced.
