Worcester Engineering firm Spin UK Limited received a visit from His Royal Highness The Duke of Gloucester and the Vice Lord Lieutenant of Worcester the Honourable Lady Morrison.
The Duke arrived on 6th February to meet staff at the advanced engineering company in Worcester who specialise in the design and build of engine testing systems.
Spin UK were joined by guests from Cummins Power Systems, who are a key customer for Spin. The day also marked the 100-year anniversary for Cummins and so provided an opportunity to celebrate together.
We at Spin are very proud of our Worcester roots, the visit marks our 21st year of trading in the City.
The Duke unveiled a plaque to mark the occasion.
Dave Wood commented: “Our staff really enjoyed the experience of meeting the Duke, to showcase what we do and to have the opportunity to raise our profile to those outside the industry”.
