Sheila and Steve are very pleased to announce that our commitment has been rewarded with the excellent news that the business’s AA 5 Star rating has been retained for the coming year, along with a 5 Star food hygiene rating. The good news followed an over night stay by the AA Inspector. The inspector was very positive reporting “Hospitality and service provided a good mix of a relaxed and friendly welcome with helpful and efficient service throughout the stay”. He particularity enjoyed all the local produce we have in the mini bars and at breakfast time. It is very important for us to support the local businesses and encourage guest to try the fine produce that Herefordshire has to offer. We welcome everyone to come and experience our hospitality.
