The Bank House Hotel will has re-opened to the public as of Monday 13 July and is now accepting bookings.
To make sure guests and visitors are safe and reassured when at the Bank House, we have worked on putting in a range of new measures at the hotel. Our staff are so important to us at the Bank House and it’s vital that they can work in a safe and happy environment. The Bank House Hotel has always been a clean and safe environment, and we continue to follow the latest advice and guidelines for cleaning. Given the flexibility our guests need under the current circumstances, we will operate a flexible cancellation policy based on each guest’s situation.
The hotel will be serving breakfast and dinner in the Garden Room with socially distanced tables. There will be no buffets for breakfast and all meals will be served to guest’s table. All food and beverage staff have received the latest Covid-19 training and will be taking additional measures to further enhance their already stringent food hygiene measures. Those directly involved in food and drink preparation will also be utilising additional PPE to further ensure our guests safety and product quality.
Room service will be available 24-hours a day with processes in place to maintain social distance. This includes knocking on the guest’s door, placing food outside and retreating to a safe distance.
With the situation regularly changing, the Bank House Hotel, Spa & Golf Club will continue to monitor developments from around the world and from global organisations including the World Health Organization (WHO), Centres for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). We’ll continue to ensure the actions we take are comprehensive and suitable.
