Safari smiles guaranteed on Ambassadors’ summer fun day

WORCESTERSHIRE Ambassadors have teamed up with West Midland Safari Park for the second year running to organise a family fun day aimed at county charities and youngsters in need.

Four hundred tickets are available for the event on Sunday, June 7 and Worcestershire organisations and individuals are being encouraged to apply as soon as possible to join in the fun.

Ambassadors chair Julia Williams said: “Last year’s event was a roaring success thanks to the support of our friends at the safari park, which also hosts our annual ball in the autumn, and our enthusiastic young visitors and their families.

“We’re looking forward to another memorable day this summer but really need the public’s help to ensure that the tickets go to those who deserve them most.”

Individuals or charities who would like to get involved should email chair@worcestershireambassadors.com or apply online at https://www.worcestershireambassadors.com/events/#!event/register/2020/6/7/apply-for-complimentary-west-midlands-safari-park-tickets

The deadline for applications is May 12.

Celebrating its 20th year in 2020, Worcestershire Ambassadors is a membership organisation committed to raising funds for good causes and promoting the message that the county is a great place in which to live, work and spend leisure time.
