RSM Partners is recruiting for Junior IT Consultants for its “Mainframer in Training” programme. These roles are a chance for someone with little or no mainframe exposure to build a firm foundation for a career as a IT mainframe specialist. In the first 12 months of the role there will be a mix of classroom training combined with on the job learning in RSM’s Managed Services team, guided by senior team members and other mentors.
IBM mainframe computers are responsible for data processing at 44 of the top 50 banks worldwide, as well as government agencies, healthcare organisations, and airlines.
