Placement student joins Berrys at Hereford

Property, business and planning advisers Berrys has appointed a new placement student at its Hereford office.

Sarah Meredith will spend a year at Berrys as part of her degree course in Rural Enterprise and Land Management at Harper Adams University.

Her passion for working within the rural sector stems from her family farming background in mid Wales where her father runs an organic sheep farm.

As well as helping out on the family farm she is an active member of Llanbadarn Fynydd Young Farmer’s Club and participates within a range of competitions.

At Berrys Sarah is working alongside chartered surveyor Vicky Price, planning consultants Graham Clark and Owen Fry and senior architectural technologist Richard Pidduck-Smith.

“Since joining the welcoming and friendly team at Berrys, I have gained a variety of experience being involved in matters of rural agency, including valuation, landlord and tenant, the letting and selling of land, environmental schemes and agricultural planning appraisals,” said Sarah.
