Facilities and asset management specialist, Place Partnership is seeking innovative companies to enter into a five-year partnership in procurement framework.
Place Partnership is in the early stages of developing its procurement strategy for a Soft Facilities Management Services (Soft FM) Framework, to cover property services including cleaning, catering, and concierge services, as well as security and waste management.
As a starting point, Place Partnership will hold a market engagement day on Wednesday 4th September at Worcester Warriors, Sixways Stadium, Warriors Way, Worcester, WR3 8ZE.
Any potentially interested parties are invited to attend the event, which will act as an open forum and provide an opportunity to brief suppliers on the proposed new framework, which is due to launch in April 2020.
Attendees will also be able to discuss the process and its opportunities in two, two hour sessions at 10.00am or 2.00pm.
