The development has seen 2,500 sq metres of flexible and lettable business space created under the site’s iconic roofline – a project developed and led by Herefordshire Council, the Hereford Enterprise Zone Board and partners to support new and growing enterprises.
Businesses can take advantage of the unique space to host seminars, workshops and exhibitions, with smaller rooms available for breakout and client meetings.
