Conflicts at work can be resolved informally, however there are instances when further intervention may be necessary. Mediation is the most common form of dispute resolution. When used properly, it can resolve conflict quickly and produce significant benefits for the business.
This 3 hour event will cover:
- The Mediation process
- Mediation in practice
- The benefits of Mediation
- When Mediation is appropriate
The event is based on a real-life scenario concerning a dispute between a manager and a team member, whose relationship has deteriorated, in part, as a result of COVID-19 related workplace issues. Delegates will have the opportunity to put questions to the mediator throughout.
