If you are already using Teams, has your business been using a free subscription this year? In March 2020, Microsoft announced that they were offering free Microsoft Teams licensing in response to the COVID-19 outbreak. However, this is only for a limited amount of time!
Your license for Microsoft Teams will only remain free until your next agreement anniversary or renewal on or after January 2021.
