Having worked at Kidderminster College for 13 years in the Apprenticeship team, Beth has a wealth of experience in assisting businesses in identifying training needs and pin pointing:
– How and where an apprentice can fit into the business
– How Apprenticeship training can be utilised to upskill/retrain existing workforce.
Beth has expert knowledge in the Apprenticeship Levy, government funding and helping employers access financial incentives to support in recruiting an apprentice.
Recently Beth has joined The Development Manager (TDM), a Digital and Technology Training Provider based in the West Midlands. Beth is a Learning and Development Representative, covering the Wyre Forest District & North Worcestershire (Bromsgrove and Redditch) and helps both Levy and Non Levy clients source Apprenticeship Training for both new and existing members of staff. TDM is completely employer responsive and covers all the way from initial retraining Bootcamps through to Degree (BSc) Apprenticeships.
