Wyre Forest District Council adopted its local plan for the period 2016-2036 on 26 April 2022. Work on the plan started in 2015. The local plan allocates sites for 5,520 new homes and 29 hectares of employment land needed in the district up to 2036. It also set out the services and infrastructure needed to support them.
