Place Partnership shortlisted for prestigious national property award

Place Partnership, innovative regional property business and Member of the Hereford & Worcester Chamber of Commerce, has been shortlisted for a major national award.

The Worcester-based company has been announced as a finalist for the Future of Property title at the annual EG Awards, competing against eminent organisations including Berkley Group and Places for People.

The winner will be announced at the annual awards ceremony, due to take place at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London on 22 October.

Launched in 2015 and formed from six Midlands-based public authorities, Place Partnership is a unique mutual. Employing 170 locally based staff, the company delivers asset management services – including valuation and estate management, project management, and facilities management – to over 1,000 real estate assets across the Midlands.

Andrew Pollard, Managing Director, said: “It is great to be recognized as one of the country’s leading innovators in the real estate sector and this is a perfect opportunity to promote this region as a centre for innovation on behalf of all of our Herefordshire and Worcestershire based stakeholders.”

Head of Property Operations, Ian Edwards said: “With the Wyre Forest Public Sector Shared Hub which we are developing due for completion in the Autumn, this will add yet another example to our portfolio of innovative, efficient and effective schemes, delivering significant savings for the public purse and streamlining operations across the piece through collaboration.”
