Children at Little Trinity Nursery popped into KEMP Hospice and treated staff and patients to a Christmas sing-along as part of the hospice’s 12 Days of Christmas celebrations.
Nursery manager, Gaynor Carter, said: “KEMP was our official charity partner last year, so we jumped at the chance to support them and participate in their special 12 Days of Christmas events at Mason Road. We also raised a massive £160.90 for KEMP’s ‘Light Up a Life’ event so we were able to hand this over during our visit.”
KEMP Hospice’s 12 days of Christmas celebrates the season and involves a range of activities for those using the hospice’s day facilities.
Gaynor added: “The children have been so excited to travel in the minibus and meet and sing for residents at local nursing homes and KEMP Hospice.
“Singing, chatting, offering a smile or cuddle can brighten the day for anyone!”
