The Herefordshire & Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce are supporting the new Worcestershire Growth Hub Peer Networks support programme in Worcestershire and are encouraging businesses to sign up and discover connections that go far beyond networking.
After a successful delivery of the first phase of the programme in the first quarter of 2021, we are preparing for phase two and we are delighted to be one of the expert facilitators delivering the programme. We will be working with SMEs in Worcestershire and through interactive group action learning and one to one coaching, helping them to improve and scale up their business and prospects.
Businesses that take part in Peer Networks will:
- Learn how to overcome business challenges and recognise and act on new opportunities
- Build a trusted network of connections
- Improve long-term business performance
It has never been a more critical time to look forward to the future aspirations of your business. Set some clear goals for 2021-22 and more importantly, actions to help you achieve them. Worcestershire businesses now have the opportunity to join a free Peer Network where you will be supported by other likeminded business peers who can provide guidance by sharing ideas, innovation and opportunities in a trusted, facilitated group.
Join one of the Chamber’s Peer to Peer Network groups and receive 21 hours of FREE facilitated coaching and support from industry peers to work through issues and find solutions during September 2021 – February 2022.
Groups will meet once a month for 6 months commencing in September 2021 and running through to February 2022. 1:1 support will be provided during this time where it is required, depending on your needs.

The programme will provide each participant with 18 hours of FREE facilitated group support and a minimum of 3.5 hours of one-to-one support.
