Martin Hill, Managing Director – Bio:

I am a Chartered Management Institute qualified commercial leader with 35 years of national & international commercial, sales and people leadership experience.
My experience has been gained with a global 40 country captive vehicle lessor, a £2BN international fleet management company with and a tier 1 UK bank financier where for 25+years I was deployed on the UK’s largest vehicle financier.
In a varied career I have led at times teams of over 100 total reports and held roles to global and Regional COO with P&L responsibility and been responsible for up to 18 countries in my career to date.
I have delivered commercial growth and cultural transformation to ensure delivery of the operational and commercial strategic objectives.
With a focus on business growth, building high performing teams and emotionally intelligent leadership I am a strategic thinker, a deliverer, I empower, encourage, coach and support others to grow and develop towards achieving their role objectives and personal aspirational goals and beyond.
