Huge boost for businesses in Herefordshire & Worcestershire for exporting

A comprehensive series of workshops to help new and inexperienced exporters break into overseas markets has been created for businesses in the West Midlands region.

The Enhanced Export Growth Project funded by ERDF aims to provide a platform of free training programmes – covering getting goods to market, international digital marketing, market research and perfecting your pitch – will help businesses take advantage of new export opportunities.

Awlhad Miah, Export Academy Adviser for Worcestershire, said the full programme built into an extensive interactive masterclass, where businesses can apply their case scenarios:

“We want as many our companies in Herefordshire & Worcestershire to start exporting because it is good for them, good for the region and good for the national economy. This suite of masterclasses gives a really powerful introduction to exporting and will be particularly useful to any company looking to either export for the first time, or those of which have some experience in trading overseas to date.”
