Chamber of Commerce supports Free Radio Cash For Kids ‘Mission Christmas’

There are thousands of children across Herefordshire and Worcestershire who find life tough. They could be living in poverty, with an illness or disability or be subject to neglect or abuse. Herefordshire & Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce is joining forces with Free Radio Cash For Kids to support their annual ‘Mission Christmas’ project.

WHAT IS OUR MISSION?
1 in 3 local children live in poverty. We need YOU to donate an extra Christmas present for those children who’d otherwise wake up with nothing on December 25th.

WHO DO WE HELP?
We have relationships with local social services, councils, women’s aid groups, financial inclusion partnerships, police & fire services, youth groups and local foodbanks who all ensure that the gifts we give out go to those most in need. Last year we got gifts to 6,797 disadvantaged local children across the West Midlands and we need your help to reach even more.

HOW DO WE HELP?
There are 2 ways to help!
1. Take your (brand new) gift donation to your local B&M or the Herefordshire & Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce before Sunday 15 December.

  1. Fundraise or donate money that will enable us to buy more gifts. We need this money to buy gifts for children 0-5 and 10+ who we always have a shortage of gifts for! Get your employer involved or your work colleagues, do a Christmas Jumper Day, Christmas Bake Sale or something else. Get your personalised fundraising page at freeradio.co.uk/mission

We can’t end poverty, but we can make life just that little bit better for local children who aren’t having the childhood they deserve, especially at such a magical time of year. We sincerely hope you’ll join our Mission!
