A leading property consultancy has made four promotions at its Worcester office as part of the firm’s ongoing growth.
Fisher German has made the string of promotions at its Worcester office as part of its career progression framework, which gives colleagues a continual pathway for professional development.
Yan Gittins, who has been integral in leading the firm’s West Midlands region for the last 10 years, has progressed to a B Partner. He specialises in rural estate management which he has done for 25 years in and around the county.
Matthew Hodgetts has been invited to join the equity partnership as a C Partner. Matthew plays a vital role in the firm’s delivery of infrastructure schemes on behalf of acquiring authorities in the Midlands and South West, and also has a wealth of experience providing advice on land rights and compensation.
Edward Matthews, who advises clients on valuation matters with a particular focus on development land and property, has progressed to associate and Lauren Allcoat, who works within the Commercial Agency Department advising landlords and tenants on the letting and selling of properties across the West Midlands, has been promoted to senior surveyor.
Fisher German has made a total of 21 promotions across its offices, including three partner promotions, marking the firm’s continuing success across a number of specialisms.
The announcement comes as the business formally merges with Birmingham-based Vine Property Management, which manages 51 million sq. ft. of retail, industrial and office property, following a deal in 2020.
