Festive programme of in-person Events

The return of in-person events has been a great success for the Chamber. With a mixed approach to events, including digital meetups as well as physical networking, our attendees can now get the best of both worlds and our hybrid approach caters for a wider range of audiences.

Whilst there are benefits to holding networking and topical conferences over Teams or Zoom, the welcomed return of in-person events has been hailed by attendees. We have found over the past few months, since the Chambers physical events calendar has been re-introduced, there is an appetite for getting back to face-to-face networking with professionals.

Recent events including the Chamber Business Awards ceremony, the Business Expo and the recently held HR Professionals Conference have all been extremely well attended with tickets selling out in advance on multiple occasions.

We are excited to continue our hybrid approach to events and feel it is important to carry on with our digital sessions, offering opportunities for those who may not be able to attend an in-person event, the chance not to miss out. For now though, our catalogue of physical events continues through the build up to Christmas.

In the coming weeks we have a number of exciting face-to-face networking opportunities and topical events for attendees to look forward to. Tuesday 7 December sees the return of the Herefordshire Networking Breakfast, which will welcome business professionals from across the region and give attendees the chance to catch up with familiar faces.

The Women’s Business Forum, sponsored by Bishop Fleming, will be taking place Tuesday 14 December and will provide lots of value to attendees to discuss a range of topics. The topical Forum will promote the development of businesses and social relationships as well as highlighting the contribution of women to the business community.

Finally, the HR Forum in association with Hewett Recruitment, held on Wednesday 15 December will allow industry professionals to share best practise and seek advice and support from likeminded peers.
