EBC Group won the award for Document Technology Gold Partner of the Year at the 2019 UK Chanel for outstanding performance and development of their Xerox product and solutions. Delivering in excess of £1 million of orders across SMB’S, Public Sector and National Accounts.
Held at the Celtic Manor Resort, the award was given for outstanding performance and development of their Xerox product and solutions. The award recognises EBC Group’s achievements in delivering in excess of £1 million orders across SMB’s, public sector and national accounts, and their commitment to providing quality Managed Print Solutions, alongside their partnership with managed print vendor Xerox.
Since joining the partner program in 2013 EBC Group has developed into an organisation that strives to make a difference not only in print but also across the IT services that they provide.
This approach was rewarded in 2018 with their ability to partner with one of their client’s to improve various strategic services across their business. Due to their outstanding knowledge of this clients requirements they were able to introduce Xerox UK into opportunities that resulted in the award of four managed services contracts with a multi-million dollar order over value the next five years. These services range from MPS, Hybrid Mail Outsourced Print and Archive scanning, and demonstrate a valued partnership with Xerox UK.
