DRPG are in the research phase of their fourth DRPG Whitepaper: Trust in brand communication.
The Whitepaper will be researched and written up by DRPG’s head of insight and innovation Callum Gill and aims to explore how the lack of trust in institutions and organisations impacts brand perception and communication effectiveness.
They will analyse a variety of perspectives, from employees and comms professionals to general consumers and clients in order to provide an accurate depiction of the state of trust in organisations. This paper will explore the possibility that the problem is being understated by comms professionals, and look to provide tangible solutions for brands and organisations they can implement to start the challenging process of rebuilding trust.
