“We knew that hiring an Apprentice was the right decision for us. As a Chamber we look to invest and support young people in their career path, offering a wide range of areas to build expertise and experience. Eager to learn, support and succeed, learners such as Hannah are forging their way into the future of business, and I for one am proud to be a part of that incredible and rewarding journey.

For employers considering hiring an apprentice, i’d advise you that it is one of the most rewarding roles you can play in a young professionals life. To work to develop them, to pass on your skills, advice and expertise and in return to see someone develop is amazing. Your business can only benefit from this and by investing in apprentices, you are helping the next generation of professionals to support the future economy.

The government have released schemes for employers to enable them to hire apprenticeships through the coronavirus crisis and beyond. To find out more, click here
