Berrys has appointed Richard Lingen as Head of Commercial Agency (West) further boosting the services offered.
Richard is a Registered Valuer and has been MRICS qualified since 2009. Most recently he has worked in the commercial property advisory team at Lambert Smith Hampton based in Birmingham. He has undertaken instructions relating to all commercial asset classes and is experienced in all aspects of commercial property surveying.
