A talented manager from a Wyre Forest legal firm has been recognised by the Worcestershire Law Society for her leadership and project management skills.
Rachel Snipe, practice manager at Kidderminster law firm mfg Solicitors, was handed the Administrator of the Year accolade at the society’s annual awards which recognise expertise across Worcestershire’s legal sector.
Rachel was given the title by the judging panel for successfully steering and delivering a number of key projects within the firm over the past year – including a variety of human resources, health and safety and administration initiatives.
Maynard Burton, chairman of mfg Solicitors, said: “This is fantastic recognition for Rachel who joined us two and a half years ago. During that time she has been integral to the firm and with her fantastic 16-strong team, has delivered time and time again.
“I am delighted that the judges recognised the skills and drive she has brought to our firm and the wider industry as a whole.”
Rachel Snipe added: “It is a wonderful moment in my career to be recognised by the Worcestershire Law Society. I have an amazing team who work hard and support what we’re doing every step of the way so this award is for them too.”
The Worcestershire Law Society Awards recognise excellence across the county’s legal sector. The Society was formed in 1841 to support and promote the work of the legal profession across the county.
