All-female firm adopts Fresh approach to giving back

A WORCESTER customer experience led marketing agency is embracing a fresh approach to making a positive contribution to the community.

Fresh Nous, who are based at Hawford Business Centre, are supporting Worcester Warriors Community Foundation by dedicating at least one of their five-strong female team to support a foundation initiative every week.

These range from business enterprise projects to Hitz, an education and employability programme for 14 to 18-year-olds, and Only Girls Allowed, which gives young women access to sport through organised sessions with childcare.

As a reward for their commitment, the team will be allowed to take leave as they want and need it.

Laura DuPont, founding director of Fresh Nous, said: “We’re really excited about what we’re calling our Fresh Team Time initiative. It’s a different way of helping good causes on our doorstep and thanking team members for their efforts all year round.

“There’ll be no more holiday allowance or tracking – just the freedom to manage their time. This demonstrates the trust we have in our team to manage their workload whilst taking time out to enjoy holidays and other commitments without the sense of a ticking clock.”

Mrs DuPont added: “A busy 2020 lies ahead for Fresh Nous. We’ll be exhibiting and have been invited to speak at the prestigious Customer and User Experience Expo in London on March 18 and 19. Helping the foundation will give us the opportunity to take a break from our everyday responsibilities to help others.”

Worcester Warriors development executive Oliver Herrmann said: “We’re absolutely delighted to have Fresh Nous as a Foundation XV member. Although this is a new partnership, we’ve already been overwhelmed with the support given by the whole team. It’s great to have a partner who really shares our passion for supporting the local community and we’re looking forward to continuing to work closely with them.”
