Following the sudden and unprecedented impact of Covid-19, we recognise that cashflow is likely to be a major challenge for businesses until restrictions are lifted and markets recover.
However, now more than ever, we are determined to provide support and advice services through our Chamber of Commerce network, support that we feel will be essential to you and your business in the coming months.
To show our commitment to local businesses, Herefordshire & Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce have decided to freeze membership and all other service fees this financial year, meaning that we will guarantee that there won’t be a price increase.
In addition to this, we are automatically offering 90-day terms for any membership renewal fees, if you pay annually this is an extension of 60 days to help with cashflow.
For any members who pay monthly, we are offering a 3-month payment deferral for any renewed contracts. As a not for profit organisation we need to carefully manage our cashflow, but if needed we want to support you by postponing direct debits for 3 months.
You can also opt to change your payment preference to suit your business needs because we understand that in this changing climate, cashflow may have impacted your preference and we are here to support you.
If you would like to discuss these options further please contact the Membership team on 01905 673 600, selecting option 1.
Our website also provides a wealth of accurate support information and is updated daily as answers become available. You can visit the Coronavirus Business Support Hub here: https://hwchamber.co.uk/support/advice/coronavirus-information/
In addition, we have launched new online events to support businesses and can help you access essential HR, Tax, H&S and Legal advice through Quest.
We are in business to help business and urge you to make contact and utilise the support available to you in this time of need.
