89% of Chamber members are satisfied with their membership package and 88% would recommend membership to others, a recent Customer Satisfaction survey shows.
In addition, 87% of respondents rated staff as “good” or “excellent” in regards to following up enquiries and being kept informed of progress. 99% gave the same feedback for the professional and courteous manner shown by staff.
Respondents were also asked to choose three words to describe the Chamber. The most popular words chosen were “professional”, “friendly”, “knowledgeable” and “supportive”. Other common words used were “networking”, “proactive” and “efficient”.

“Chamber membership represents an extremely wide variety of businesses from all sizes and sectors; including agricultural, accountancy, communication, education, hospitality, manufacturing and technology, to name a few. We aim to support businesses at every stage, by providing networking, PR opportunities and many types of business support.
