The Government have announced that the COVID-19 business grants programme will close on Friday 28 August. More than 2500 grants have been made to eligible businesses in Wychavon amounting to almost £30 million via the Small Business Grant Fund and the Retail, Hospitality and Leisure Grant Fund. Over 95% of eligible businesses have received grants, but there are a small number who still haven’t registered. This is the last chance to register for those who haven’t already done so. These grants have been vital to our local economy, helping to ensure the survival of shops, cafes, hotels, restaurants, and many other businesses.
