Worcestershire Speaker’s TEDx Talk Featured as Editor’s Pick

Worcestershire-based speaker coach and event host Dave James has delivered a TEDx talk exploring how mindfulness and meditation can transform men’s lives.

In “What Mindfulness and Meditation Can Do for Men”, Dave shares his personal journey of living with, understanding, and reframing anger.

The talk has been highlighted as an Editor’s Pick on the TEDx YouTube channel, where it is reaching audiences worldwide.

After a living with anger for a long time, it all changed in 2015, when Dave began using mindfulness as a powerful tool for self-awareness and connection. What started as a way to manage his own emotions has since led him to create a community supporting men to find presence, support, and transformation in unexpected ways.

With a background in healthcare as an A&E nurse and podiatrist, Dave now works with individuals and organisations to help them communicate with authenticity, impact, and confidence.
