Worcester based Zebravise launches new HR features in its tool for small businesses

Zebravise are excited to announce that we have launched a new version of our online tool for small businesses, that offers a CRM, HR solution, cashflow manager, task management and marketing all in one simple to use tool.
The new HR features include the ability to sign documents online within the system, store training details, new onboarding staff options and Excel imports. These add to the existing functionality such as storing staff details and documents together for easy access, with leave and sickness booking, expense claims, and recruitment management.

The app is enhanced with ChatGPT, using the AI to help you write blog posts or interview questions for example.
The CRM module allows businesses to manage their customers, track sales activity and create quotes and invoices with one click. The cashflow manager tracks a company’s expenditure and suppliers.
