To get started, you can access WCC’s Workforce Planning Tool, which provides a tailored report and recommendations based on your responses. It’s a helpful, self-guided way to understand your current workforce strengths and challenges, and it will highlight which areas you can receive consultancy support under.

- Contingency Planning for Key Personnel
We’ll help you put plans in place to reduce risk around critical roles. If you or a key team member became suddenly unavailable, would your business be able to continue? This service helps you identify gaps and create practical, usable contingency plans to safeguard your business.

- We’ll submit your request to WCC for approval
- Once approved, you complete one short form
