Worcestershire businesses are being offered valuable support through a new series of events focused on key HR topics. This support is designed to enhance the workforce and help organisations thrive.
In today’s fast-changing landscape, many businesses are navigating significant challenges, especially when it comes to managing and developing their teams effectively. With ongoing funding pressures and increasing external demands, getting HR processes right has never been more critical.
To help address these challenges, a new programme of free HR advice and guidance events have been launched to support Worcestershire businesses.
Each event will feature experienced speakers and subject matter experts, providing practical insights and the chance for attendees to ask questions and share ideas.
The events will cover key topics of interest to local businesses including:
- Business Planning
- Creating High Performance Teams
- Mentoring and Coaching Teams
- Diverse Hiring Practices
- Workforce/Talent Pipeline Development
- Identifying and overcoming Skills Gaps
- Inclusive and effective onboarding processes
These events are especially beneficial for HR professionals and managers within small businesses who incorporate HR responsibilities into their wider roles.
The events will be delivered across Worcestershire, from Thursday 5th June, on a weekly basis until Thursday 10th July.
Each event will be 2 hours long and is free for local businesses to attend. Businesses can attend all of the events in the series or the specific ones of interest to them.
These sessions are being delivered by the Worcestershire Growth Hub in partnership with Herefordshire & Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce.
