The UK government has confirmed that it is going to recognise CE marking for an extra 12 months (until 1 January 2022) following the end of the transition period, whether there is a trade deal or not. This effectively reinstates what was planned initially had they not withdrawn the original ‘No Deal Technical Notice’ in February.
