The Big Balance Theory: A Podcast set to inspire the new way of doing business

Local businesswoman Sarah Cripps, founder of Salad Skills, an organisation which supports businesses looking to recruit skilled apprentices has set up a podcast which she names The Big Balance Theory.

Set up during lockdown, Sarah’s podcast aims to bring inspiring stories of how business leaders are finding new ways of working and living as a result of the turmoil of the pandemic, and how many people are beginning to arrive to a new sense of balance. Sarah delves into the impacts, but how businesses have embraced this period of instability to create lasting legacies of a new balanced life.

In the latest episode Sarah, who hosts, turns the tables by interviewing journalist, BBC producer and podcast guru, Karen Pirie who registered time and not money as her number one currency in order to become more productive than ever before.
