We are a sales and customer service consultancy business, providing training and support through participative tailored training programmes and advisory meetings. We have over 30 years’ experience, working with companies of all sizes and types locally, nationally and internationally.
One of our founder directors was joint owner of the world’s largest sales and customer service training company, at one point having 72 offices in 44 countries. Our other founder was a leading UK tennis player and is a professional sports coach.
We have also appeared on TV several times having built a global brand through featuring on BBC Dragon’s Den – eventually acting as a ’Dragon’ to James Caan’s companies and BBC applicants – before selling the whole portfolio and exiting.
Our philosophy in business, however complex, is very simple. There are only four things that a successful business needs to do:
- Find good customers
- Develop and keep them
- Find good employees
- Develop and keep them too
The skills, systems, processes, behaviours and attitudes to deliver these four things are our main focus.
