Situated on the busy all-pedestrian High Street, Worcester Tourist Information Centre is located at the front of the Guildhall, a grade one listed building.

Worcester Tourist Information Centre have an excellent  selection of products made here in the UK, as well as  local produce including Worcestershire jams, chutneys and ciders.  They also stock a wide selection of greeting cards, post cards, copies of medieval carvings found within British Cathedrals including Worcester, the official Worcestershire Calendar 2014 and local history books.

Worcester Tourist Information centre is on the ground floor level and is fully accessible to wheelchair users. Inside, the service counter has a low level section. Worcester Tourist Information Centre does not have an induction loop system for hearing aid users, although there is a text phone facility for callers. Type Talk: 1800101905722233
