Join Worcestershire Acute Hospitals Charity for a fantastic Summer Concert – bring a picnic, chairs or a blanket, relax and enjoy an afternoon of stunning vocals and entertainment.
A bar will be available to buy a range of bottled beers, wines and spirits including Pimms, packaged snacks, ice cream, pop corn and candy floss, tea, coffee and hot chocolate.
Tickets are for adults are £15 (kids under 14 are free), over 14’s are £5
The show will feature Alice Coley and the Fair Weather Riders (playing from 12 noon for arrival entertainment), Worcester Male Voice Choir, Tenuto (accompanied by “Si”) and finishing with Lady and the Sax.
Worcester Male Voice Choir is a charitable organisation, formed in 1987 to promote the knowledge and joy of singing. They perform traditional classic arias and their contemporary versions of well known and loved pop songs, led by their energetic and multi-talented musical director Scott Woolfenden.
Featuring West End and local Tenor David Lawrence and frontman of International singing group Tenuto, working along side local sensation The Lady and the Sax!
Tenuto is an international singing group comprising of unique blended voices. Tenuto’s musical genre comprises of opera, musical theatre and cover classics. Each member brings their own personalities and incredible breadth of musical knowledge to the show….boasting collectively working for the BBC, Sky Television ,West End and cruise companies which when combined is nothing short of spectacular!
Tenuto offers a feast of classical favourites, fused and delivered with style, charm , panache and fun combining to make a powerhouse of vocal harmony.
The two groups will perform on their own and together for a wonderful blend of voices that will sound absolutely amazing!
If you haven’t seen The Lady and The Sax be sure to be amazed with a great mix of saxophone, harmonica and vocals, bringing youth and vitality to great songs from the rock and roll and swing era. It will definitely make you feel like singing and dancing along…….totally unmissable!
For the kids (under 14’s free) there will be a face-painter and a selection of fun games.
Gates open for admission at 12 noon – the main show starts around 1.00 pm and will finish at approximately 6 pm including intervals.
