Landau are raising awareness in Herefordshire by introducing successful March grant holders to Joanna Hilditch – High Sheriff of Herefordshire.
In May, Joanna met with Lisa Charles and Richard Griffiths of Vennture to hear first-hand how the Community Grants project is supporting the homeless of Herefordshire.
“With Landau’s support we have the opportunity to be innovative in our thinking to test Link Worker Relational approach, expanding our partnerships to support individuals at earliest point of contact to build resilience, increase skills and prevent homelessness.”
Landau will be following up on the progress of this project and hope to be able to feature a podcast with a Vennture participant on Joanna’s Bench Talk Initiative. They will be attending the Connecting Business & Charity event on 29th June, hosted by Joanna Hilditch.
