Wildgoose Rural Training is probably one of Worcestershire’s best kept secrets. It occupies 42 acres, six acres is dedicated to our care farm and 36 acres forms our nature reserve. It’s a really special place where we were we provide meaningful land-based activities and training to any individual or group of students provide activities for individuals, groups of all ages. We welcome people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health issues in our groups to help with the running of the centre. We also work with mainstream schools special interest groups and anyone who wants to enjoy our reserve and benefit from our facilities.
Wildgoose has reached a new and exciting phase in its development and are in the process of building a new visitors centre to complement our educational facilities. To take Wildgoose forward in this next phase of its development, we are seeking to strengthen our Board of Trustees and want to fill two roles we have; one in finance and one human resources. It’s a great opportunity to use your skills and experience in helping Wildgoose to continue to be the special place it is and make to continue making a huge positive impact on people’s lives.
