We have designed a special Outplacement / Unemployment Support service, specially tailored during this covid-19 pandemic.

REDUNDANCY SUPPORT – A COMPLETE PROGRAMME
Work Horizons Total Outplacement Support
Responding to many HR managers’ needs, Work Horizons, working with CertaintyOne and other key associates, have introduced a new Resilience Programme for Redundancy Support.
We are offering interactive virtual Redundancy Resilience Workshops for up to 15 participants (face-to-face when COVID rules allow). These workshops will be held every two weeks, with the option to provide additional ongoing individual support as needed.
We aim to help those who have been recently made redundant or are still departing: reflecting on and discovering their real skills, being profiled, considering career changes, re-building their CVs, searching for jobs, developing / improving interview skills and improving their confidence.
- In each session, we will provide a supportive, collaborative and confidential environment led by experienced coaches. See over for details.
- Participants can bring current and pressing issues to the sessions and in (virtual or face-to-face) one-to-one sessions, they can stay behind to discuss these.
- Occasionally, we may invite a selected recruitment agency, manufacturing, retail, accountancy or legal business to contribute to our Resilience Workshops, offering advice on current issues.
Join Our Resilience Clubs
Register to apply for a place on one of our Resilience Clubs. We can help those who may be experiencing longer term issues and difficulties, and require guidance from others in similar positions. Optional face-to-face sessions are being planned, but these are all subject to covid government constraints.
Follow up with Individual Self-Help
Customised individual support can be provided via Zoom or Teams sessions, or if appropriate, via face-to-face socially distanced meetings.
Work Horizons Re-Boot or Leadership Programmes
These are aimed at developing the remaining leaders you still currently employ. Research shows that surviving employees can feel stress and often guilt when they lose colleagues, affecting overall performance. Visit www.workhorizons.com for more information.
REDUNDANCY RESILIENCE CLUBS
Our teams of associates at both Work Horizons and CertaintyOne have many years’ experience in redundancy, outplacement and career coaching. We help individuals adopt a creative approach to job hunting, as well as supporting people during times of difficulty. Many of us have experience within the UK and internationally, and have created successful start-up businesses. We encourage people to share their problems and work together.
We are delighted to announce our online Integrated Redundancy Resilience Programme.
It is aimed at individuals who have recently been made redundant. Companies and charities can also demonstrate more empathy and compassion by pre-packaging this service offer into any planned outplacement; this can help them boost their local social responsibility and reputational image.
This service could also be retroactively offered as an inexpensive act of kindness to past employees who have already been made redundant.
Experience has shown that, in order to be effective, places need to be limited to just 15 people per session.
